AIM Advisory Committee
This committee will be devoted to identifying key problems in obstetric
care and outcomes, designing quality improvement projects to address
these problems, supervising implementation of projects, and then
summarizing and reporting on project data.
The VNPC is currently working with The Alliance for Innovation on Maternal Health (AIM). AIM is a national data-driven maternal safety and quality improvement initiative based on proven implementation approaches to improving maternal safety and outcomes in the U.S. Patient safety bundles move established guidelines into practice with a standard approach.
